MRA is inviting exceptional candidates to apply for the role of Manager – Asset & Sales.  This position is located within the Corporate Services Division and reports directly to the Executive Manager – Corporate Services.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the Asset Branch and providing quality control and guidance to ensure prudent management of Mineral Resource Authority’s (MRA) properties, logistics and general operations
• Plan, manage and co-ordinate the operational activities of the Branch to ensure they achieve the objectives defined in the Annual Corporate Services Division’s (CSD) work plans

Qualifications & skills 

• Degree in Building, Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Technical skills in Building Design and Maintenance
• Knowledge on statutory approvals processes & procedures and sound knowledge on various design standards within PNG and internationally acceptable practices
