The Bank of Papua New Guinea invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the Manager – Building Unit, Facilities & Property Management Department position at the Lae Cash Processing Facility.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and service all Bank properties.
- Manage lease agreements and contracts and manage relationships with external suppliers.
- Monitor contractors and service providers via an approved list of BPNG contractors.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Building and Property Industry and on a Supervisory or Managerial role.
- Must have proven and demonstrated experience in managing buildings and projects.
