TISA Bank are now seeking a dynamic Manager – Cash Operations responsible for managing the efficient and secure handling of cash across all bank branches, ensuring that vault levels are maintained at optimal levels at all times and adhering to both bank policies and regulatory requirements. Port Moresby based.

Responsibilities.

• Oversee and manage the cash flow for all branches to ensure adequate cash availability, avoiding both excess and insufficient cash levels.
• Monitor and maintain branch and vault cash limits in line with the bank’s policies and regulations.
• Ensure timely replenishment of cash to branches,

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in managing and overseeing cash operations across multiple branches, ensuring optimal cash flow and security. Knowledge of cash handling procedures, vault management, and cash forecasting.
2. Advanced skills to collaborate across business functions to achieve stated objectives for this role.
3. Advanced relationship skills to maintain relation with regular, other Banks and Financial Institutions
