Nambawan Super Ltd is seeking to recruit a Manager Change and Digital Adoption based at Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Conducting change analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to drive change activities
• Developing actionable and targeted change management plans (e.g. change management and communication plan, training plan, and stakeholder management plan)
• Address people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in organisational change, project management, and business or within a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar position within a large complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders
