Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial (SMC), the Manager Customer Success will lead our customer success unit, providing outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer success procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to increase sales volume/income
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals to monitor performance review against goals
  • Create effective customer success procedures, policies and standards

Qualifications & skills

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field, from a recognized University
  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in customer service / success position strongly preferred in a service utility industry
  • Proficiency in MS applications & ERP systems viz. Pronto, with hands-on reporting business tool soft-wares or similar
