NCSL is accepting expressions of interest for the role of Manager Finance.

NCSL is seeking a qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the position of Manager Finance based at their Head Office, Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide timely & accurate reconciliations of general ledger accounts, balance sheet and profit & loss statements, and reconciliations of contribution & administration bank accounts as per scheduled,
• Monitor and ensure accurate posting of all income/expenditure items at the beginning of each month and reports readily available for management reporting,
• Maintain and ensure accurate register of all fixed assets and deposits on all properties and reports available on time for management reporting,

Requirements

• Possess more than ten (10) years of exposure in a similar management position with some knowledge of the financial services sector,
• Proven exposure in managing a team and monitoring general ledger accounts, balance sheet and profit & loss statements and timely management reporting,
• Demonstrated exposure in departmental policy and procedure review to address any procedural gaps and adhering to risk framework,
