Manager Finance & Administration


The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) seeks to recruit a person to immediately fill the position of Manager Finance & Administration.

CASA is responsible for making aviation safety legislation and setting standards, issuing licenses and certificates, controlling entry into the industry, conducting industry surveillance and undertaking safety promotion and education activities.

To promote the highest level of aviation safety and security in PNG, CASA seeks to recruit a qualified, experienced and skilled person to immediately fill the position of Manager Finance & Administration. Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services, the Manager Finance & Administration will play a critical role in ensuring the prudent and transparent management of funds to support the operations of the Authority.

Job requirements

The candidate they seek to appoint must hold a Bachelor Degree in Financial and/or Management Accounting, CPA certified and minimum five (5) years proven experience in but not limited to financial management, reporting, budgeting and expenditure control.
