Woodlark Mining Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced personnel to fill the Manager HR & Training role.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Human Resources and Training functions for Woodlark operations and the Construction Project.
- Establishing the People Development function (including registration as an RTO) for Woodlark.
- Working with the General Manager People and Performance to ensure all necessary people systems are in place and are effective, consistent and appropriately integrated.
Requirements
- Behaviour consistent with Geopacific’s Values
- A degree qualification in a human resources-related discipline
- At least seven years relevant, successful work experience in a similar operational role
