Job Description
Civil Aviation Service Authority (CASA) seeks to recruit a qualified, experienced and skilled person to immediately fill the position of Manage Human Resource.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services, the Manager Human Resource will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of human resource services are provided to all staff of CASAPNG.
Requirements
The candidate we seek to appoint must possess an appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualifications equivalent and five years of work experience with proven track record at management or senior level in a similar or corporate environment and have good knowledge and understanding of relevant Government Legislation, Policies and Procedures.
