NCSL has a vacancy for a suitably qualified Manager Information Technology (IT).

NCSL now seeks an experienced and qualified Manager Information Technology (IT) based at their Head Office, Port Moresby.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from inception through to implementation and operationalization on time and within budgets,
• Manage and report on project budgets, milestones, schedules and overall status to ensure full visibility of the project to stakeholders, Monitor and manage the use of NCSL resources (phones, emails etc.) efficiently to minimize unnecessary costs,
•  Oversee the procurement of all IT infrastructure for head office and branches and ensuring reasonable pricing and quality of after-sale support on agreed service level agreements,

Requirements

• Possess more than ten (10) years of exposure in managing an IT Department in a similar work setting and ensure IT risks are mitigated and reports readily available to the Management Team
• Proven exposure in managing an IT Team to provide back end support within the Business to continue deliver to client expectations
• Demonstrated exposure in developing strategy, standards and plans for all IT projects and ensure completion as per scheduled
