Nambawan Super is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified professional for the role of Manager Legal, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

Providing sound and timely legal advice as required by the Fund.
Liaising with the relevant divisions to ensure appropriate course of action is taken where legal risks have been identified.
Managing litigation and dispute resolution involving the Fund.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree of Law with Admission to the Bar of Papua New Guinea.
At least 8+ years of management experience in corporate, finance and or commercial law.
Must hold a current Practicing Certificate.
