NCSL is welcoming applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Manger Lending.

NCSL is seeking experienced and qualified candidates to fill the Manager Lending position, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maximise opportunities for growth of the loan portfolio to achieve the agreed annual financial targets
• Develop and promote new and existing loan products to achieve the projected annual lending fee income in terms of budget
• Ensure that the loans team keep loan delinquency levels under agreed target levels to keep loan provisions and write-offs to an absolute minimum

Requirements

• Possess more than ten (10) years of exposure in a similar management position in the financial services sector
• Proven exposure in managing a team and ensuring loan applications are screened, vetted and processed within agreed service standards
• Demonstrated exposure in departmental policy and procedure review to address any procedural gaps and adhering to the risk management framework
