Primary Objectives

Reporting to the Director Thermal Generation, this position is responsible this position is responsible for the provision of professional and technical specialists support and advice in delivery of PPL’s short to medium term Generation Maintenance Programme, by operating and coordinating planned (scheduled) and unplanned maintenance activates within the Madang Thermal Power Station. It is also responsible to manage the operating and maintenance workforce and workflow within the power station including establishing a safe and conducive work environment and addressing relevant issues.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Trade certified Diesel Mechanic
