Comrade Trustee Services Limited (CTSL) is looking for an experienced, motivated and high performing individual to fill the role of Manager – Member Service.

CTSL is a licensed corporate trustee of the Defense Force Retirement Benefit Fund (DFRBF) approved by the Bank of Papua New Guinea (BPNG). The Fund is administered under the direction of the Board of Directors which comprises of Independent and Non-independent Directors. Independent Directors are drawn from the business community and public while Non-Independent Directors are drawn from present contributing members and pensioners of the Fund.

In line with its legal responsibility and functions, CTSL is looking for an experienced, motivated and high performing individual to fill the role of Manager – Member Service.

Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Member Services & Talent (EM-MS & Talent), the Member Services Manager is responsible to:

• Provide the necessary support and leadership to member services team to deliver on the expectations of the organization;
• Improve customer service experience and ensure member services are delivered consistently in terms of agreed standards;
• Proactively drive member awareness for both Accumulation and Pension Schemes;

The ideal candidate must at a minimum satisfy the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management or similar.
• Minimum work experiences of 5 years in a similar role within the superannuation industry.
• Professional member services experiences within a superannuation or financial industry would be an advantage.
• Ability to understand and interpret Superannuation Act and other relevant legislations within the Superannuation Industry
