NCSL seeks expressions of interest for the role of Manager Member Services and Branch Support.
Based at our Head Office, Port Moresby, this position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Member Services and Branch Network Team to ensure our service standards are maintained at all times in alignment with approved strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Branch Network and proactively drive membership growth to achieve growth aspirations,
- Ensure branch officers contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio by reviewing and referring targeted number of loans that will contribute to both loan interest and fee income,
- Manage branch expenses to ensure all costs are under control and within budget,
Requirements
- Possess more than ten (10) years of exposure in managing a Customer facing Department in a similar work setting and ensure business risks are mitigated and reports readily available to the Management Team,
- Proven exposure in managing a team to provide front end customer support within the Business to continuously deliver to client expectations,
- Demonstrated exposure in developing strategy, standards and plans for all customer service initiatives and ensure completion as per scheduled.
