The Australian Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) now seeks a suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the Manager Performance and Communications role based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

The Performance and Communications Manager PNG will be responsible for the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework within PNG and ensuring the quality of data and reports.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in research, monitoring and evaluation or related discipline relevant to the role.
• Demonstrated experience in inclusive planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and managing high level reporting processes, including report writing and editing, analysis and interpretation of data in a development environment and preparation and delivery of professional presentations.
• Demonstrated practical experience managing the collection of quality data in complex environments, that informs and demonstrates corporate performance against set outcomes.
