Nambawan Super Ltd is looking for an experienced and qualified personal to fill their Manger Projects position, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

This role will be part of Nambawan Super’s leadership team and is responsible for harnessing organisational change to drive the growth of the Fund. The incumbent will liaise closely with the leadership team to ensure the success of strategic transformation initiatives. Moreover, responsible for overseeing the transformation of the Fund’s business processes, resources and systems based on current and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification with 8 years’ demonstrated experience in leading the Project Management team. Previous experience must demonstrate knowledge of program management and change management principles.
• Senior level leadership and people management skills to develop and implement strategy and lead avteam.
• Strong cross-functional background and exposure to a variety of different business situations and challenges.
