Finance Corporation Limited “FinCorp” is seeking a qualified individual to fill their Manger Recoveries position, based at Port Moresby.

Key responsibilities

• To provide leadership and motivation to staff in the Asset Management Department.
• Responsible for maintaining and/or the of improvement of the Company’s Collections Manual Mentor Legal Manager, Legal Officer, Para Legal Officer and Recoveries Officer’s with regards to Collections and Recoveries best practices leading towards achievement of Collections objectives.
• Maintain FinCorp’s corporate values, culture, and principles.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Management or Accounting or a similar field of expertise
• At least 5 years’ experience, with excellent Credit and Risk Management experience with particular emphasis for debt recovery.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to lead, motivate and encourage staff.
