The Teacher’s Savings & Loans Society is seeking to recruit a Manager – Security Operations.

Teacher’s Savings & Loans Society are seeking to recruit a Manager – Security Operations for our Security Division, based at Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing TISA Group security policies, protocols and procedures.
Planning and controlling cost for security operations; and monitoring budget
Recruiting, training and supervising security officers – including the CCTV and Control Room.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related discipline
High School Certification from recognized institutes
Minimum 5-10+ years’ work experience as a Security Manager preferably in a financial or banking industry.
