Our client is looking for an individual with strong organisational skills to join its team as Manager Strategy.

Primary objective of the position: responsible for planning and directing NLS’s strategic and long-range objectives and  recommending educated steps to achieve overall business growth, while focusing on a multitude of individual and overlapping projects

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of a centralized activity planning process and ensuring its adoption across the NSL business
• Establishes and review NSL’s key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans
• Conducts organizational reviews and researches to identify and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness as part of NSL’s strategic reviews and recommendations for actions

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics or any other related business field
• Will have had at least 5 years of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a financial and dynamic business environment
• Will have gained substantial exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making
