Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self-driven Manufacturing Manager to join its Operations Team. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province.
Responsibilities
As the Manufacturing Manager you will be fully responsible for manufacturing, inventory and raw packaging material stock control. This includes leading a team whose primary responsibility is ensuring production targets are met, customer orders are delivered on time and in full while controlling costs of production, and delivering against Safety and Quality expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing or production environment
- An understanding of TQM, HACCP and GMP principles
- Experience in driving culture change
