The Nature Conservancy is seeking applications from interested potential candidates to fill the Marine Program Manager based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
Responsibilities
- Manages the PNG Marine Conservation Program and supports other PNG conservation programs as required.
- Leads a multi-disciplinary team, including performance management, training and career development
- Works closely with TNC Gender Program to ensure equitable participation and benefit-sharing across marine program activities
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 5 years’ experience in conservation practice.
- 5-7 years’ experience in conservation practice or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in partnership development with non-profit
