Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea is seeking a talented communicator to join its team as Marketing and Advocacy Manager.

In PNG, Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea (MSPNG) provide high-quality, affordable and accessible services to over 40,000 men, women, and young people every year. They focus on hard to reach rural and remote communities with unmet needs. They build the capacity of government health workers. And they operate family planning clinics in Port Moresby, Mt Hagen, Goroka and Lae.

As their Marketing and Advocacy Manager, you will focus on generating increased demand for their services. You will be accountable for strategies and plans which guide our media engagement and motivate our network of community mobilisers throughout the country. Working closely with the Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for driving their advocacy efforts at the national and provincial levels

Job requirements

You are tertiary qualified. You have at least 8 years of work experience. Your skills come from work in business development, brand management, community mobilization, or public relations. It would be great if you have worked with an international NGO, or in the Health sector. It would be even better if you can show us successful examples of your work in increasing demand for a service or product. You can lead a small team. You are a fantastic communicator.
