Ela Motors is looking to engage a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team in the position of Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for the management and accountability of all the marketing, advertising & promotional activities and staff within the marketing team. Ensuring the image of Ela Motors and the brands that the company represents are enriched is critical, which will be achieved by this position’s focus on effecting the appropriate marketing strategies and budgets.

The position is based at the Head Office, Port Moresby within the Marketing & Sales Support Office and reports to the General Manager Sales and Marketing.

Duties & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all of the company’s marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, ensuring a return on investment
• Create a range of suitable marketing materials and promotions to support the promotion of company brands

Job requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or a business related field
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the motor vehicle industry
• Have strong hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing
