Bmobile Limited is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing team.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Trade Marketing and Merchandising teams nationwide. Someone who breeds ingenious ideas and executes them just as perfectly. The “engine room” behind the marketing campaigns. Exceptional organisational and negotiation skills. Runs the marketing production function like a well-oiled machine. Multi-tasker, organised and an effective planner

To meet the challenge and be effective in the above role, you must possess and be able to demonstrate:

• Create a marketing production budgets for the year and tracking against actuals actual spends
• Ongoing relations with vendors and partners to help get marketing actions streamlined Meticulous planning for marketing calendar
• Timely deliveries of the material required for each marketing campaign
• Working closely with brand team to agree on designs and with the trade marketing team across PNG to ensure deliveries to the towns in PNG is done on time
• Trade Marketing
  • Setting and driving achievement of activation targets.
  • Team scheduling and tasks.
  • Building loyalty plans to improve reseller deliverable to us
• Merchandising
  • Ensuring branding inside shops.
  • Installation of shop signs and keeping signs intact.
  • Branded merchandising and gifting
• Out of Home – Billboards, Pole Banners, Digital Screens, Airport
  • Define an overall OOH plan for visibility across PNG.
  • Negotiate with owners to get best rates and ensure payments.
  • Regular refresh of advertising messages on billboards
• Events & Sponsorships
  • Organise Corporate and Reseller events
  • Prominent presence at cultural festivals and National events.
  • Stalls at Trade events
• Marketing Stock Management
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of marketing materials at all office locations.
  • Distribute new POSM whenever created to new offices.
  • Managing the distribution of branded merchandise
• Vendor Management
  • – Due diligence on choice of vender and ensuring POs are provided before jobs
