Motel Manager


The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarter is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position: Motel Manager – Boroka 

The applicant will be required to meet the following essentials and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • promoting and marketing the business
  • managing budgets
  • maintaining statistical and financial records
  • planning maintenance work, events and room bookings.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in business management or equivalent
  • Proven effective management and expertise in the motel industry
  • Commercial experience and proven track record in the undertaking of due Diligence
  • Experience in managing personnel.
  • Ability and experience in communication, promotion and recruitment of staff
