The applicant will be required to meet the following essentials and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- promoting and marketing the business
- managing budgets
- maintaining statistical and financial records
- planning maintenance work, events and room bookings.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in business management or equivalent
- Proven effective management and expertise in the motel industry
- Commercial experience and proven track record in the undertaking of due Diligence
- Experience in managing personnel.
- Ability and experience in communication, promotion and recruitment of staff
