National Sales Manager

Bmobile is looking to hire a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Sales Teams across PNG.

Reporting to the CEO-PNG, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Sales Teams across Papua New Guinea. You will refresh and build new Sales Channels and negotiate sales distribution contracts. You will initiate, support and manage sales and marketing projects and campaigns and ensure the smooth transition of product knowledge between internal and external customers reflected through increasing customer satisfaction.

To meet the challenge and be effective in the above role, you must possess and be able to demonstrate:

  • Review current Sales Channels and introduce systems and processes to increase volumes and channels in a invigorating Mobile Telco industry in the country
  • Mentor, train and develop members of your team and the sales techniques they use to enhance our business
  • Work with the Marketing team to enhance the customers experience with our brand
  • Identify and implement brand activities that give us a competitive advantage in the market
  • Advise and set pricing structures and systems that enhance return on investment
  • More than 10 years previous experience in a similar role in a large business in the Mobile Sales or MVNO industry
  • Multi-national, multicultural team management experience
  • A proven successful track record of sales in a national / retail market
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business from a recognized Tertiary institution
