Corporation is now seeking an experienced Independent Director to contribute to the success of the Group through best practice corporate governance and strategy will ensure the delivery of sustainable financial performance and bring long-term stakeholder value. You will also bring deep knowledge of investment banking and financial services, investment principles and forces which drive financial markets. Listed company experience is highly desirable. Strong experience of information technology, although not essential, would be seen as attractive.
