Credit Corporation is seeking an experienced Independent Director to contribute to the success of the group through overall governance and strategy, that will ensure the delivery of sustainable financial performance and long-term shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

In addition to contributing sound governance experience, Credit Corporation is seeking expertise in Audit and Risk.  Senior level experience in a Big Four audit firm is required, as is listed company experience either gained directly, or in auditing listed entities in PNG or overseas. Additional experience in financial services, strategic IT, or stakeholder engagement at the most senior levels of government and industry, will also be valued.,

Requirements

Shortlisted candidates will need to satisfy the Bank of PNG’s Fit and Proper assessment and not present any conflicts of interest with Credit Corporation’s requirements.
