Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, the role will be responsible for directing, organizing and supervising the work of the nursing staff. Will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate working relations with Government health on site.

• Responsible for directing, organizing and supervising the work of the nursing staff.
• Ensures that effective patient care is being provided and that quality standards are met.
• Determine Staffing levels with and maintain a nursing roster.
• Responsible for Ensuring Nursing Standards are maintained

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Diploma / Bachelor in management
• Appropriately licensed, qualified and registered to practice with Papua New Guinea Nursing Council or other relevant body to legally perform the duties required of a Registered Nurse.
