Operations Administration Manager


Puma Energy is looking for an Operations Administration Manager to maintain its central operations administration unit.

Puma Energy is looking for the following personnel to manage the central operations administration unit with responsibility for cost and performance reporting, budget preparation and co-ordination, all procurement processing, company fleet and staff transportation management and other operation administrative requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Provision of monthly management on operational performance and account status with recommendations to reduce financial exposure and achievement of performance targets.
  • Development of self and sub-ordinates in accordance with plans and training programs.
  • Effective procurement for the business with compliance to business controls and procedures.
  • Overall responsibility for the largest allocated budget, the implementation, day to day management and to ensure the budget KPIs and goals are met.
  • Responsible for leading continuous improvement across all operations administrative processes.
  • 6 Responsible for accurate overtime hours. Ensure pre-approved overtimes are updated daily upon approval.
  • Responsible for the management of the operations budget and ensure expenses are controlled.

Job requirements 

  • Possession of a recognised university qualification is desirable
  • Experience and skills acquired within a performance monitoring and cost conscious operating environment
  • Experience leading a team
