Victory No.8 Limited is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Build operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly
- Establish recruiting, training and hiring strategies that help locate and bring on quality candidates
- Oversee various financial processes, like auditing, reporting and budgeting to ensure the company stays in great financial standing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in operations management, business or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading a large finance team in a multinational company with steadfast resolve and personal integrity for at least 5+ years
- International experience of having worked in PNG, South Pacific and other developing countries will be highly desirable.
