KutMor Limited is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the role as Operations Manager, who will be based in Kutubu, Southern Highlands Province.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is accountable for the operations department, its day to day performance, productivity and profitability through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Manage, mentor and monitor the company objectives and employees of various sections within the operations department.

· Improve processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximise output.

· Coordinate and monitor the work plans of the operations departments involved in project management, contracts management, production, warehousing, pricing and delivery of goods and services.

Skills & experience

· University Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Strategic Management or equivalent

· Minimum of ten years’ experience in similar role, 5 years in management

· Able to influence, manage and lead, and make sound decisions for the success of the organisation through the Operations Department
