Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will lead the operation to achieve operational, service, member and financial objectives. In this role you will need to work collaboratively with the committee, your team, staff, members, sponsors and external stakeholders to ensure RPMGC continues to thrive
Requirements
Experience in operating a bar or restaurant (or similar business) is mandatory, golf knowledge is not essential but may be seen as beneficial. This is a hands-on role that involves long hours that can change depending on what events are going on at the Club.
