NCT (PNG) Limited are now seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead our sales, marketing and operations teams and drive the next stage of our growth. Based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities.

• Lead and grow the sales and marketing functions to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Manage product pricing and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial management role.
• Strong background in B2B sales or technical product distribution (printing, technology, or consumables preferred).
