Hastings Deering (PNG) Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Parts Manager to join its Parts Team based in Lae Business Centre.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety improvements are realised through proactive regular communication and interactions with team.
- Ensure team members have clear, current and measurable goals and objectives.
- Provide regular team briefings, 1:1 coaching and individual development plans to enhance team members’ performance and raise the bar for the team to a consistent standard.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Engineering
- Trade qualification or Diploma in Frontline Management
- Have background knowledge of the Caterpillar parts system and a comprehensive understanding of the business systems and processes.
