HOPL currently have a vacancy for suitably qualified and experienced Preventative Care Nursing professional to fill the position of Preventative Care Nursing Superintendent. Reporting to the Company Doctor, the incumbent will be responsible for the ongoing awareness & education sessions amongst the workforce and their dependents on preventative communicable and lifestyle diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts eye care clinics for employees and their dependents.
• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the Company Doctor.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs.

Requirements

• Preferably Qualification Diploma in Eye Care with a Bachelors or Diploma in Nursing. A Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health would also be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience working in a supervisory role
• Excellent written communication skills.
