Mainland Holdings Limited has a vacancy for a Production Manager – Poultry Process Plant to be based in Lae, Morobe Province.
Responsibilities
- Drive productivity by leading the production team to complete daily production plans within agreed time.
- Coordinate and fully utilise manpower and other available resources to complete production plans in a timely manner
- Achieve daily production yield by maintaining processing speeds and standards to avoid drip loses, elimination of giveaways and full recovery of saleable products
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or related Science Discipline
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in FMCG
