Responsibilities

• Ideal Director is responsible for the oversight and management of the program’s five thematic components and teams, ensuring collaboration and engagement across the components to work towards the program’s goal and end-of-program outcomes.
• They will be experienced in work planning, budgeting, monitoring implementation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of professional experience in increasingly senior program management roles.
• They will be experienced in work planning, budgeting, monitoring implementation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
• They must be able to lead and manage a diverse team to deliver the program in collaboration with the program quality and operations teams.
