The Program Manager will be responsible for providing overarching management and coordination of research and knowledge communication activities within the Decentralisation and Citizen Participation (DCP) Partnership.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in development, communications, social science, economics, law, governance or related fields (or clear demonstration of equivalent experience through applied learning)
• Strong project management skills and experience managing sub-contracts for delivery of services;
• Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research approaches and techniques, not limited to, case studies, desk research/literature reviews, focus groups, interviews and surveys; political economy analysis and strategic communication
