Caritas PNG is accepting applications for the role of Program Manager.
Caritas PNG seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person for the Program Manager position, based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Church Partnership Program (CPP) which includes the implementation and financial requirements (Budget, expenditure, audit, support partners and etc).
- Lead the Localization Change Management of CPP from Caritas Australia (CA) to Caritas PNG (CPNG) under the Catholic Bishops Conference of Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands (CBC PNG/SI).
- Contribute towards institutional growth of CPNG where necessary especially in administration and project Standard Office procedures.
Requirements
- Very high level of communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Experience in program management in an NGO setting.
- Commitment to objectives and values of Caritas PNG and the Catholic Church.
