FHI 360 is looking for a talented individual to join its team as Program Manager.

The Program Manager will provide day-to-day supervision of the intervention team. The key role of the manager will be to provide programmatic and management support of the implementation of the COVID-19 project in PNG.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and understand the relevant development context, contributing programme-level knowledge to country office program development and implementation
- Ensure effective engagement of the private commercial sector and communities in the COVID-19 response activities
- Ensure effective engagement with partners and stakeholders working on COVID-19 response to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination and to inform FHI360 interventions
- Ensure monthly financial reports are submitted on time
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, or other relevant discipline.
- 4-5 years’ project management experience in public health with a proven track record of successful program strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Technical experience in health programming and coordination
- Ability to monitor projects, set priorities and plan for the successful program
