ChildFund Papua New Guinea is seeking expressions of interested for the role of Program Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of ChildFund PNG’s projects located under the Youth Empowerment sector currently funded by DFAT, MFAT and the EU
• Lead the planning, coordination, budget management and reporting on the projects and supervise M&E
• Will work closely with the project teams to ensure high quality delivery of the projects

Qualifications

• Should possess a Master’s degree/post-graduate qualification in relevant discipline including development, public health, education or youth/ social work
• Highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years’ experience of working with youth, creating meaningful participation opportunities, and a deep understanding of child and youth development
