Program Managers


The Public Sector Leadership and Reform Partnership is seeking talented and experienced program managers to join their team.

Are you looking out for an ambitious career path to test your skills and knowledge, they are seeking experienced and outstanding Program Managers within their partnerships. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of field activities within the scope of the project. You will support the effective field implementation, budget utilization, and meeting of donor requirements for the project across all areas of operation. You will also prepare new concept notes which expand and enhance the multi-year portfolio of the Public Sector Leadership and Reform Partnership.

The Public Sector Leadership and Reform Partnership supports the Government of PNG to develop the next generation of Papua New Guinea public sector leaders through the flagship investment, the Pacific Leadership and Governance Precinct. Also provides support to the Government of PNG’s broader gender equality and social inclusion agenda.

​Job requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in procurement or related field;
  • Post- secondary training in administration, book-keeping/accounting, procurement processes and systems;
  • Experience in administration and information management;
  • Understanding of procurement systems and principles of value for money;
  • Skills and experience in financial management and reporting.
