Abt Associates is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the Program Operations Manager role with the Frontline Health Outcomes Team.

Responsibilities

• This role will partner with Senior Program Managers (SPMs-FHO) and the PATH Grants Manager, to support coordination and operational management of the FHO grants portfolio.
• The post-holder will be instrumental in supporting compliance and grants performance including appropriate contractual agreements, financial acquittals, operational risk management and safeguards are in place.
• Reserved for Papua New Guinean citizens.

Requirements

• Substantial work experience in grants management, including grants contractual administration
• Prior experience coordinating program delivery for a portfolio of grants ranging in award size and volume
• Experience in partnering and coordinating activities with a team of Program Managers
