NAC is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as Project Finance Manager.

NAC is currently undergoing significant infrastructure and organizational review and realignment for improved corporate governance and compliance to safety and security standards of ICAO and CASA PNG. To support this strategic initiative NAC is immediately seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of: Project Finance Manager

The incumbent of this role will be responsible to manage and administer the operations of all the finance and accounting functions of Aviation Infrastructure Development (AID) funded projects from development Partners. Inform NAC Management of bottle-necks, with appropriate solutions / recommendations to ensure the issues are addressed. Ensure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable National and Provincial regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Job requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A registered member of CPA
• Sound knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting
• Maintain a high standards of work ethics and knowledge on regulatory requirements such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable National and Provincial regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting and compliant to all statutory obligations including IRC, IPA and Auditor General’s office
