Oxfam International is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager for the SARV, Gender Justice Program based in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the SARV project, ensuring its quality and consistency.
• Support the Gender Justice Program Manager to explore and build strategic connections with key stakeholders nationally, in support of the Oxfam Gender Justice Program, and oversee the technical inputs sourced externally.
• Liaise with finance staff, the Partner Senior Finance Officer and Senior Partner Development Officer to monitor monthly and quarterly financial reporting information and mid-term budget reviews.

Requirements

• Have tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. social science, gender or international development and/or comparable professional experience.
• Must have 3 years of more experience working in a reputable Non-government organisation or similar.
• Relevant experience in developing, designing, implementing and monitoring activities towards the elimination of gender-based and sorcery related violence
