Kina is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Project Manager.

Kina is currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager based at our Head Office, Port Moresby. The position reports to the Head of Operations (Wealth), will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organisation strategy, commitments and goals.

Key responsibilities

The core functions of the position are as follows but not limited to:

• Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation
• Engage with business and stakeholders to determine project scope, plan and statement of work
• Evaluate solutions or changes proposed by Clients, IT, vendors/partners and make necessary recommendations
• Ensure project timelines are achieved and are visible to the team and project budgets are managed well

Skills & experience

• Sound background knowledge in Project Management methodology and Change Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management &/or business administration or equivalent
• Effective planning, coordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
• Proven ability to effectively build relationships at senior management and board levels
