Anitua Group is seeking to employ an experienced Property Manager, based in Lihir Island, New Ireland Province.
Key responsibilities
- Implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the provision of the optimum level of commercial service to other group companies and external clients.
- Actively maintain the Anitua Properties to a high standard both in safety and efficiency.
- Develop systems to maximize the utilization of the Anitua Properties and proactively rectify any deficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven facilities management experience within both commercial and residential environments.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in facilities management or significant related experience.
- Good knowledge of PNG Customary Land rights and laws would be highly regarded.
