CHM Group has a vacant position for a talented individual to join the team as Property Manager.

CHM Group currently have a vacant position within our Property Division for a Property Manager at our Head Office in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent tenant service by ensuring that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times.
• Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner, generate work orders directed to contractors or maintenance staff and monitor all R&M job and ensure jobs are completed within the specified timeframe and to tenants’ expectation.
• Ensure quality service is provided to tenants by engaging contractors and service providers of good reputations and standing, can deliver quality service on time and that can provide reliable support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property/Business Management or similar preferred.
• Valid PNG driver’s license.
